Refunds
​We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If the item isn’t right for you, we are here to help with a simple return or exchange process via InPost.
​1. Return Period
​You have [e.g., 14/30] days from the date of delivery to return your items. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
​2. Return Conditions
​To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
​The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
​All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
​You must provide a proof of purchase (order number).
​3. Non-Returnable Items
​Please note that certain items cannot be returned:
​Gift cards.
​Items purchased during a “Final Sale” or clearance event.
​4. How to Return via InPost (Paperless)
​We offer a convenient, label-free return service through the InPost locker network.
 – ​Request a Return: Email us at [your email] with your order number and the reason for the return/exchange.
​ – Get Your Code: Once approved, we will send you a digital QR code or a return code via email/SMS.
– ​Pack Your Item: Securely pack the product in its original box. Make sure to remove or cover any old shipping labels.
​ – Drop Off: Visit any InPost Locker, scan your QR code at the terminal, and place the parcel in the locker that opens.
​5. Refunds & Processing Time
​Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification.
​If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
​Timeline: It usually takes 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
​6. Exchanges
​If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, the process is the same as a return. Once we receive your original item, we will ship the replacement to you.
